Dear Cabot Families:<br>

We are heading down to the wire for this year's Cabot Fair. This year's fair will be Saturday, May 3, from 10:00 <font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">AM</font> - 3:00 <font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">PM. </font>We only have <b><font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">4</font> school days left </b>to fill approximately <b>50</b> remaining volunteer slots, so <u>WE NEED YOU</u>! This event is Cabot School PTO's <b>largest</b> and <b>most important fundraiser</b> and requires help from nearly <b>all</b> Cabot families. Thank<font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">s</font> if you have already volunteered <font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">to help</font>. If you have not yet chosen a time slot, please do so now. We <i>are able to make changes if needed later. </i><br>
<br>
The time slots breakdown as follows. We need: <br>
<br>
<i>at least</i> 16 volunteers 11:00 - 12:30 time slot<br>
<i>at least</i> 15 volunteers 12:30 - 2:00 time slot<br>
<i>at least</i> 16 volunteers 2:00 - 3:30 time slot<br>
<br>
There is also a 9:30 - 11:00 time slot but it is full. If this is the ONLY time you can volunteer, please let <font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">us</font> know and we can see if we can arrange a switch with another family. <br>
<br>
Please let the volunteer coordinators know which of these slots you are available for <u>as soon as possible</u>. At this point in time, our need for volunteers is urgent. The Fair cannot be held without volunteers to run the games and activities that the kids enjoy so much. <b>THANK YOU</b> for your help!<br>
